Salesman Len was nothing short of professional and provided quick responses to my needs. I was shopping around for a vehicle, my current one was getting up there in age and my job required me to drive around a lot more. So when I came across this beautiful 2022 hybrid Honda CRV I submitted a request to have someone call me back and to my pleasure Len followed up. I say this because of the challenges I was recently facing he was there to be supportive, gave me a lot of what I needed to make a decision at the time and was willing to work with me. He isn’t your typical sales person, he took time to understand my needs and listen to my concerns. I could not have been more blessed to wind up with a Salesperson like Len to help me make a big financial decision in my life. He was attentive, respectful and also filled with plenty of wit and humor. Ask for Len. That’s what I’ll end with!

this is probably the only time i’ve ever left a bad review on a place, i bought a honda accord 2021 back on April 2nd, since i’ve purchased it i’ve driven the car a total of 3-4 times it breaking down EVERYTIME I got it back. Not to mention the first time it did was only 5 minutes after i left the dealership!!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this is too much to excuse. The first loaner they gave me had 0 HEADLIGHTS!!! I drive on the highway every single day for work, im thankful i didn’t work that night and figured it out before i could put myself in that danger. The second loaner (not pictured) was a blue camry, they left every loaner car they gave me with 70-90 miles of gas left. I had just put + $50 of gas into the camry when they called me saying they had “SOLD” the camry they were loaning me??? They wanted it back. They THEN gave me a chevy equinox with ONLY 90 MILES OF GAS!!!! After this I had finally gotten my honda accord back, I drove it for 2 days when the issues started again. pictured below, They gave me a Blue Honda CRX Loaner with again only 90 miles of gas, last night as I was coming home I passed by someones house and sat in the car for approximately 5 minutes with the lights on. I turned the car off and it did not want to turn it back on. The battery had died after 5 minutes!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, this is unprofessional, unacceptable, and completely unbelievable. This was my first car purchase and I am so let down that this place is terrible.
