I couldn’t have asked for a pleasant experience buying a car , first off Dan and Dino were very informative and personal loved there personalities that goes a long way in today’s world , they got me approved for a loan that was in my budget even though my credit wasn’t the best. I would highly recommend them if your in the market for a car .

Thanks to Ori and Dan I left with the car I came all the way down the Blvd for 🥳 He’s the owner’s son, apparently he doesn’t wanna sell cars but he’s good at finding financing options. I wish they were more transparent with the client being as though we are spending alotta money with them, there were alotta conversations that I had to make myself privy to instead of them being upfront. I had to let them know to just say what it is bc I’m not dumb, idk if it was my age or my skin color but I won’t put too much thought into it. I also wish they were more culturally educated being in such a diverse city, nothing to do with the car buying itself but please be aware that you don’t know people’s backgrounds so being alil more sensitive with the conversations you have in front of clients would do you all justice. Anyway thank you so much Ori, you’re such a sweetheart.

Update: Attention Car Spot: I'm aware of routine maintenance. I'm not stupid. The issue with the brake issues was never corrected. The brakes pedal still goes all the way down. We never went back because we got the feeling like we were being accused of lying so we didn't want to deal with you anymore. There was another issue with my wife's car that we reported to them. And the owner was sexist trying to reference that wife was imagining this. Where we had to drive and capture video as proof of the issue. That did get fixed. The rust spot that you had fixed days after we got it was showing just months after the work was done. The guys you get to work on your vehicles do not do quality work. You should really check these vehicles before selling, not just enough to get it sold. The prices of the vehicles were very high. This was an honest review. If I had written this just weeks after getting the vehicles then it wouldn't have been honest. I WAITED A YEAR TO POST THIS REVIEW. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT 2 VEHICLES FROM HERE(2012 JEEP LIBERTY LIMITED & 2016 JEEP COMPASS LATITUDE). AFTER MONTHS, BOTH VEHICLES HAVE ISSUES BUT I'M MOST UPSET WITH THE VEHICLE SOLD TO MY WIFE. A 2016 JEEP COMPASS LATITUDE. FROM THE BEGINNING THE BREAKS FELT SPONGY, TOLD THEM ABOUT AND THEY SENT IT TO A MECHANIC WHO APPARENTLY FIXED IT BUT ISSUE STILL EXISTS. THEY SENT IT AGAIN. APPARENTLY THIS MECHANIC BLED THE BREAKS AND CHANGE THE REAR ROTORS. I CALL BS BECAUSE TODAY MY SON AND I WANTED TO CHANGE THE BREAKS AND COULD NOT GET THE LUG NUTS LOOSE. NOT EVEN WITH A AIR IMPACT WRENCH. ALSO, I BELIEVE HER VEHICLE MIGHT HAVE HAD SOME WATER DAMAGE BECAUSE OF AMOUNT OF RUST THAT WE FOUND. WE WERE ABLE TO GET ONLY ONE TIRE OFF TO FIND THE CALIPER WAS RUSTED LIKE ITS BEEN NEVER REPLACED. ALSO, ITS VERY CONCERNING AND DANGEROUS NOT BEING ABLE TO REMOVE THE LUG NUTS IN THE CASE OF A FLAT TIRE. THEY PLAY YOU JUST TO GET YOU THROUGH THE DOOR. THEY OVERCHARGED MY WIFE FOR THAT VEHICLE. WE'VE REPLACED THE BATTERY 3 MONTHS INTO HAVING THE VEHICLE. IT MIGHT EITHER NEED A WHEEL BEARINGS OR TIE ROD BECAUSE IT SHAKES WHEN DRIVING MORE THAN 60MPH. THEY HAD A BODY SHOP FIX A RUST SPOT ONLY FOR IT TO COME BACK MONTHS LATER. THEY CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND LEG FOR A VEHICLE BUT THEY'RE CHEAP TO WHEN IT COMES OFFEREING TO FIX WHATEVER IS WRONG. THAT ONLY WAS FOR THE FIRST MONTH OR SO. I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH MY GUT AND TOLD MY WIFE NOT TO GET THE VEHICLE. THERE WAS ALSO ANOTHER PERSON THAT WAS HAVING AN ISSUE WHERE WE WITNESSED THEIR INTERACTION. WE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THAT AS A SIGN NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM. NOW SHE'S STUCK WITH THIS VEHICLE. ONCE AGAIN. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THE WARRANTY THEY GIVE YOU IS WORTHLESS. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD.
