Had a great experience at Express Auto. The salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable The car was decently priced and in great condition. The purchasing process was fast and went smoothly. Overall I would highly recommend Express Auto if you need to buy a second hand car.

The best mechanics in the WORLD!!!! Absolutely love them! I’ve never walked in and felt like I was being robbed! Really friendly and professional people! I don’t care where I am in New Jersey or anywhere in the tri states! If I have a problem with my car I’m taking it straight to them!!!!

This shop RUINED my Mercedes r350, cracked my dash board broke my glove box, crossed wires to my head light returned my car in stuck in safe mode and charged me 1500.00, but 3700. To repair elsewhere! Suing them

Worst experience ever working with them . So unprofessional. Went to finance a car . Told them my situation how I’m starting anew job that I won’t get any new paystubs until I start working for the new job . The guy Pete , still went through with the process allowing me to take the car saying everything was fine . Me thinking everything was fine on my end was happy that the process was finally over and Im getting the car I wanted, a few weeks later after I already had the car . He texted insisting I get new paystubs or he has to take the car back . I told him that I already had started working a few days and I should get my paystubs by the end of the week ( Friday) . He told me I had until Monday ( the Monday before I’m supposed to get my paystubs) . Anyways I respected his term and tried to find ways that would work so that I don’t get the car took that I need for work that I just started , that Monday I went up there was going to put my boyfriend down as co -signer , long story short I didn’t even want to go through with it anymore they were asking $1,000 more that I already had put down 3,000 for a 2016 white Nissan Altima the interest rate was too high and I knew I could get something better plus I was already feeling weird about working with them so the guy Pete said if I return the car I get my 3,000 IN FULL !!! So I agreed and followed his terms and returned the car THAT MONDAY! When I went up there he said his boss just left 20 mins ago and lied and said I had a three hour wait period to return the car which I was not informed and that he can’t get me the 3,000 until tomorrow when his boss comes in . Which didn’t make sense because all of this was during business hours you mean to tell me you don’t have access to no type of money and the person that does can’t come in when yall don’t close for another two three hours ? Just wasn’t making sense … so I said okay well let me keep the car until I get the money . He says no because if I was to “ crash the car “ it would be on them . At this point I’m pissed you mean I get nothing in return no car no money ??! . Okay so the next day I go up there around 10am . Asking can I get my 3,000 back he says I have to wait there until 12pm . But I already had important plans and I couldn’t wait and atp I’m feeling scammed so I call the police . I finally get in contact with the owner the owner whom was supposed to be at the place “ giving me the money” calls and says I had the car for like three weeks which it was like two and that he needs to detail and do all this to the car the car was fine exactly how I got it looked the same and said he was only giving me back 1000 , this got me and my boyfriend who was with me upset we tried asking if we could speak in person not over the phone and she will he be there he says he’s not coming in . He started arguing with my boyfriend over the phone threatening him and saying he not going to give us “ shit “ . At this point I need my money tried to negotiate to get MY money back !!! Saying can you at least take 500 for detail like I get 2500 I really need the full 3,000 that I was promised but I clearly wasn’t getting no where cause they’re scammers . He agreed and says he will tell his employee the same employee who sold me the car to write me a check for 2500 , which I’m confused because I thought he had no access to the money ?? Long story short I took the check was short 500 from my original price that I paid and was promised would get back in full , they tried to put the blame on me when it really was the employee fought and the owner unprofessional can’t even come in and talk with a customer about a major issue . The absolute worst place !! Never ever work with them they sell lemons from what I was told and they scam. Oh yea and I lost my job due to them taking the car back ! 0 stars !!!
