I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After purchasing a vehicle, I was later contacted and pressured to return the car under circumstances that did not seem honest or transparent. Throughout the process, I felt that important information was either misrepresented or withheld, and the dealership’s explanations changed multiple times. I was told I would NOT receive any of my down payment back as they get charged everyday that I keep the car after a failed loan approval. I kept in contact with my bank daily, and was told a complete different story than what Roberto at the dealership told me. As a customer, I expect straightforward communication and integrity, especially when making a major purchase. Instead, I felt like I was being manipulated into a situation that would have benefited the dealership at my expense. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to carefully review all paperwork, ask questions, and document every conversation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I drove almost 4 hours one way for this car! The car is in great condition and runs very good, had a few performance parts added in, which when I asked who the car was tuned by, they told me they didn’t know. Come to find it, it never had a tune even for the downpipe that required a tune from day 1! I have no issue tuning it for it to run perfect with the downpipe, However, they should have checked into every aspect of the car before selling. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, just not the way this dealership tried to manipulate me into thinking the deal wasn’t going to be approved.
