Suburban Motors LLC

After two mishaps on Facebook- I stumbled onto Suburban Motors in Erie PA. My wife and just went through two scenarios involving cars that looked clean and turned out to have some hidden issues with accidents and titles. Bottom line- Lee and Ashley were very upfront and honest about the car we bought. Couldn’t be happier about the purchase and general process. Simple and straightforward- price was way better than anything locally- worth it to drive a few hours and save a thousand or two on a 2016 accord for my daughter. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these two to anyone. We worked mostly with Ashley as Lee had business out of town when we planned on making it in (on a weekend). A+ Great people, great experience. If you want a no frills , honest car dealership that will give you a quality product and deal- see them.

I have purchased numerous cars from Suburban Motors over the years. The owners are extremely honest and hard-working folks. The value that we get out of these vehicles is tremendous and the prices are fair. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

I am really grateful for the good car at the excellent price! Very reliable and responsible seller! Thank you so much!

Great place to buy a car. Probably the last honest used car dealer in the country.

Extremely rude owner. The lady who answered the phone was nice and told me the car I was interested in had not been inspected yet and becuase of this there was also no price. There were no pictures or price in the listing but it said call for pictures. The lady put me on hold and then man answered. Hey then told me they had already inspected, repaired the bumper and sold it to auction. To which I replied "maybe don't post vehicles that are not available for sale." He got mad, and told me if I called 20mins earlier I could of bought it. Funny because the vehicle was listed less than 24hrs previously. I tried to get off the phone by telling him have a nice day, but he wouldn't let me. Keep going on about not telling him to run a business etc... Then told me he doesn't want my money and hangs up on me after I tried to get off of the call multiple times. Glad he got that off your chest. It just earned him a 1 star review. I will certainly not be coming back.
