Off Road Express

Service department is top notch. Was just in to get different handlebars put on. John the service tech actually had me sit on the bike to get them placed exactly how I wanted them. Matt and Brandon made sure the bike went in on time and got me checked out quickly when service was done. Brian and Gary have actually included me in lunch when I’m there during their lunch break.

I have gotten many vehicles and atvs from here. My husband bought an atv today and a dirt bike. The lady that helped was hope. She was super helpful and found us exactly what we wanted and threw in a helmet. I will say that when we brought our dirt bike home it wouldn't start, eventually it did start but it was a little sketchy. We didn't notice this prior to leaving off road. She came to our house off the clock and offered to buy us a new part out of her pocket. She was by far one of the best sales person we ever worked with. She really cares about her customers. We highly recommend her!

Great toy store. Nick is an honorable sales person that delivers on quality experience . He does what he says and delivers on his word. The best kind of people. I will be come back to buy in the future.

Absolutely 100% satisfied with the ATV I purchased thru Off Road Express! I worked with Dan, and he goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend and will be back. Thank you for making this easy, fun, and most of all, me leaving happy with the machine i wanted! You made my experience with you enjoyable! Now it's time to go out and play! I will be back!!! Thanks again Dan and the crew at Off Road Express!

The guys in service are always super amazing in giving great service. They are helpful and knowledgeable and even tho I am a female rider they speak to me as I am no lesser of a rider. Gives me full confidence trusting my bike with them that I am getting good service and not taken advantage of. Keep up the great work.
