Alex Womer was good. We thought he might be somewhat new but the questions we asked he didn't have answers for he got those answers for us right away. The only reason I didn't give it the fifth star is because we had hoped to be able to negotiate a little better deal and they wouldn't budge on the price. However, we can't pick up the Dodge Durango until next Thursday because they are taking the it to their local dealer for a recall and since my husband was a mechanic for years they're going to allow him to look under the vehicle to make sure the frame and everything underneath is good! So far we're very satisfied and we got a picture with Joe!!

In January of this year, I bought a used Mitsubishi Outlander from this Auto Express location. I am very glad that I decided to opt for the dealers warranty, because it has been in the shop for a third of the time I've owned it now. About two months ago, the transmission completely failed. I took it to the Waterford location to be replaced, and received a loaner car for the duration of the repair, so no complaints there. However, about 5 days after the repair, my car started shaking like a leaf any time I drove past 25mph or so. I took it back to the shop, and after about three weeks of constant phone calls, they eventually admitted to me that after flushing the transmission fluid, they weren't able to recreate the shaking, so the warranty company was refusing to cover any additional work. I took the car back that day, and was advised to take a 10 second cell phone video if the issue pops up again so that they can actually honor the warranty I was sold on. Although the car isn't doing any kind of death rattle anymore, it is still shaking at pretty much any speed above 25mph, just not quite enough to show on camera. So now I'm just waiting for it to actually fail and leave me stranded on the side of the road in order for them to actually fix it for me. I can not recommend buying a vehicle from this company as things stand right now. I will update this review depending on how my car performs over the next month or so.
