Me and my boyfriend have bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan almost a year ago and since then it’s been nothing but hell, the cat was changed out twice within not even a year and now we have a fuel issue and each time we have brought an issue to their attention it’s been dismissed it’s ridiculous. I’ve taken this van to my mechanic who has stated that I should not be filling up gas more then once a week as I’ve been filling it at least 4-5 times a week. When my boyfriend spoke to the owner Tom today he was very aggressive towards my mechanic and even hung up on him because he didn’t wanna hear the truth. I won’t lie I’m so fed up with this vehicle that I’m currently 20 days behind on payment and instead of trying to resolve the issue with this vehicle that has been going on since I got it, he is so worried about $265 it’s ridiculous. Not to mention about a month ago I spoke with Gunnar in regards to the issues with the vehicle as I was behind once again on my car payment due to these issue and he said to me that if I bring in a payment by the end of the following week he would have my account to a $0 balance and that was a straight up lie me and my boyfriend are at our wits ends and about to say screw this van. Every time we talk to someone there we are constantly disrespected so please everyone just save your time and money and find another buy here pay here.
