Sinaloa Auto Sales

I was blown away by the hospitality of Sinaloa auto sales. My mother and brother both bought vehicles from here, and they were beyond happy with their purchases. I was looking for a reliable car that I could commute to work in. I found a lovely little Honda that I fell in love with! When I went to have it inspected, everything was perfect. Jose even washed it for me just because, before we left. 🥺 I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great used car!!

Jose and Carmen . Have a first class car lot. They keep no lemons 🍋on their lot. All the vehicles have useful mileage left on them. Do not waste your time going to another car lot. These people are true to their customers . I recommend them to every one I meet. Save yourself some time. Go to Sinaloa Auto sales first. If they don't have what you're looking for. I'll bet they can find it. Thanks Jose and Carmen . I absolutely 💖 my new used vehicle. By the way I've been driving it now for a year this post is way overdue.

A very good experience. Love that it is a small family run dealership. They are personable and offer very practical help. We appreciate the kindness and professionalism we were shown today. Great family business! Keep it up

Jose is the least pushy,or typical sales person I know. Quiet, helpful and honest. We are enjoying the Good deal on a camper trailer. Thanks for a great experience.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We stopped by at this dealership to check out a car we saw. Upon arriving, the older short lady stated the car was in good standing. No issues. After test driving it, we were hesitant on buying due to the car not having maintenance history nor they were able to provide carfax. But the lady sounded convincing and due to their “good” reviews, we made a decision and bought the car. First red flag. Full amount was given and NO TITLE. She stated she will send it out to us. Second red flag, upon driving the car home and putting as little as 80 miles , check engine pops up and says “drive moderately” “Drivetrain malfunction”. Gave them a call and the lady was absolutely rude and tried blaming us. We then came to an agreement they would pay for the malfunctioning part. We drove to them and upon arriving the same old lady was not wanting to pay the full amount we agreed on of the malfunctioning part. She then stated she wasn’t going to give us OUR car TITLE!!!?? Remind you, we had paid in full cash the day of purchase. She started to run her mouth saying very disrespectful things, and according to her, it looked like we were money hungry because she already had the car on sale and she already had provided us a “discount”. But her husband (Jose) is a different story. He is very professional and understanding. He’s a man of his word. What Jose did at that moment is what should have had happened in the first place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MAKING BUSINESS WITH CARMEN.
