I heard about Creative Credit & Auto when I was looking to buy my first car from a lot. I reached out after finding a car I liked on their website, and I got a response almost immediately. Jeremy was very very helpful and friendly, and more than willing to explain everything to me. The application process was so easy, and I got approval over the phone which was very convenient. He answered all of my questions and was very informative during the whole process. I test drove the car the next day and immediately fell in love- Jeremy helped me with every single document and broke everything down for me that I had questions about. There was a very minor issue with the heater, and I was immediately put on the schedule for maintenance. There was also a very nice blonde lady at the office, I didn’t catch her name, she was also beyond friendly and helpful. The entire experience was a positive one, and I left feeling so confident in my decision. I absolutely recommend them for anyone trying to find a reliable vehicle. Wife and I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler unlimited from them, Excellent customer service. We had a minor issue with the rear end about two weeks after we purchased the car. They bought all the parts for us to get it fixed and back up and running. Trevor went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make things right! absolutely great would recommend if You’re looking for a quiet little dealership that will offer you not just a good selection of vehicles but amazing customer service look no further!

We drove several hours with interest in a vehicle, when we got there they became aware of some issues about the vehicle and were apologetic and offered us other options, with no pressure to make decision on the spot. We requested a week to consider as we had plans to come back up anyway. When we came back we found another vehicle we were interested in, they worked with us to get it all done and we drove home with it that day. Most dealers would wash hands of a sale afterwards, but when we reached out with a new concern they were both responsive and worked with us to find a reasonable solution.
