My second Toyota purchase at Universal. My car was no longer serving my lifestyle, and I needed a reliable car for work and for my family. Due to recent medical leave, my credit was not the best. Jorge was understanding and helped me to get the funding. I love that they are listed on Carfax, I was able to pull it up and see all of the servicing and history. Jorge even offered for me to come in sometime so they can resurface the headlights, as they're a little foggy. I love my new Corolla S!!! 😍
Im excited that I finally got my ford ranger danger!! Thankyou for helping me get my first vehicle and finding great ways so I can save money and the customers leave happy. Thankyou
We had a wonderful experience with Jorge at Fairground universal Auto sales in Salem. After looking at several vehicles we decided on a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas. The vehicle was an excellent condition and Jorge made sure that everything was working properly before purchase he changed our oil put in a new battery and inspected the car over giving us great advice The sale transaction was very easy no pressure sale. They're car lot offers many different vehicles from sports cars to trucks they are all in pristine condition. The overall experience was a 10. I trust this company and when seeking a new vehicle for my son I will return because you go with people you trust. Thank you again for everything we are enjoying our car and we know if we ever need help with maintenance we will come directly to you. Kind regards Michelle Sharp
I highly recommend Fairgrounds Universal Auto Sales Inc to anyone looking for a new set of wheels. The team was very friendly, the service was speedy and streamlined, and I was approved and able to drive off the lot with a smile. Jorge made me feel at home and taken care of through the entire process. 10/10 highly recommend 👌
Jorge helped my husband & I get into a car within hours of us applying even with our terrible credit. He was upfront and honest with all questions we had. The compassion & thoughtfulness will have us coming back for our next vehicle & recommending to any friends needing a vehicle!
