Your Next Ride PDX

I bought a used 2008 Scion XD from these guys about two years ago now. Being a 24yo girl buying a car for the first time (who also knows next to nothing about cars), I was really nervous about being taken advantage of, but the two men I worked with at Your Next Ride were incredibly helpful, honest, and even fixed up the paint job for me! My car is exactly what I was looking for and hasn't had any issues. I recommend this place to everyone I know, and figured it was high time I leave a review!

I just bought a 1994 4runner from Your Next Ride and I highly recommend. Both owners were lovely to work with! I’ve had some bad experiences buying used cars in the past and I did not feel this way at all. I mainly dealt with Craig, who was very patient and professional. He let me take a few days to get my finances in order, and in the mean time ran the car through the DEQ and dealt with licensing and registration for me! Not to mention had great recommendations on where to go for things I wanted to get done on the car after purchase. Overall great experience!

I bought my 2015 4runner in May from "Your Next Ride" and am very happy. I was a little nervous at first, going to a car lot by myself, having to deal with "car salesmen" (ugh). But Dan and Craig were really easy to work with, not pushy at all. I mainly dealt with Dan, he was so down to earth and easy to talk to. It was actually enjoyable experience.

I came across your next ride while scouring the internet for a clean low mileage Subaru. They had a listing for a 1998 Subaru Legacy that’s seemed pretty promising, only issue was that car was in Portland and I live in Canada. I messaged the ad and long story short I receive the most amazing service from Craig and Dan at Your Next Ride. Importing a vehicle from the USA to Canada isn’t a particularly difficult endeavour, however, this time if something could have gone wrong it did. From paper work issues with the border, to cancelled flights, the entire process would have driven a nun to drink. Dan and Craig were incredible patient among all these problem and had no issue answering the barrage of questions I had for them and sent me any documents pertaining to the import. When I flew into Portland Craig even offered to pick me up from the airport! They were true to their word and the car didn’t skip a beat on the 800 mile (13 hour) drive home. The entire experience was a 10/10, keep in mind I wasn’t purchasing an $50,000 vehicle, they did all of that for 98’ Subaru!

I highly recommend these guys. Communication was great, and they worked with me all the way through A fair resolution. I actually had placed a deposit and then backed out of the deal even when they delivered the car to Salem and they still refunded my deposit!. Would do business with them if the need arises, and highly recommend Dan and Craig.
