Excellent service and honest staff. Mo is an excellent person to work with. Buying a used car is like gambling because you never know what you are buying. Mo is a salesman that will tell you the truth about the history of the car.
Shang was helpful, patient and kind while assisting me to find the perfect car. He was knowledgeable about all the questions I asked and walked me through the entire process with diligence and care. Thank you GT!
GT Motors is an excellent used car dealership. They were straight forward and honest about the car I was looking at. They offer a 14 day check engine light guarantee that if your check engine light comes on they’ll fix it. And they stand by that, as I had just finished paperwork and was about 5 minutes from the dealership when mine popped on. I went back, they scanned it, ordered the parts, replaced them, and got my check engine light off! Easy to work with, friendly staff, low pressure.
Had a great time checking out cars here, found a few on FB Marketplace that caught my eye and were on the cheaper side when it comes to used car dealership prices, and ended up taking one home! Process was super fast and easy, Spencer helped me get the car I wanted and now love. Them having a mechanic shop on site helped my nerves of getting stuck with a lemon, and from getting the car inspected by a third party mechanic they told me the car was in good shape for it's age (2005) and only recommended struts. Definitely recommend checking them out!!
NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They promised the car was in perfect condition. Brought it to my mechanic and paid for pre purchase inspection and it needed $4K worth of work. Waste of my time and money. Then they tried to say my mechanic was just trying to get money out of me by saying it needed work. That was insulting. I have an honest mechanic who I’ve known for 10 years. He actually advised me not to buy it. Also they totally did a patch job making “repairs.” Junk yard parts etc. DISHONEST.
