I had a really great experience with the dealership. I got my Audi A4 for an amazing steal. Not only that the employee was super helpful and patient and stated later then he needed in order to make sure I got my car as I drove quite a ways. This car had absolutely no issues, drives more then smooth, and just had an oil change when I checked. I’m very happy with my car, and wouldn’t have chosen a different car lot to go to. I’d definitely recommend checking them out! There was also little air fresheners in the car aswell as extras, a blue tooth set up, and more in the glove box with was a bonus so thank you.

EDIT: once we were able to get in contact with someone, they’ve been very good about trying to work with us. They have taken on the responsibility of trying to hold the warranty company accountable, as well as offered us a contribution toward the hefty repair we are facing. I very much appreciate their continued communication and want to make things right in a way that feels like a solution for us and for them. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We purchased our car from them in September, and drove it for about 2 weeks before the check engine light came on twice in the course of 3 days. The second time the read out was “multiple cylinders misfiring” and “dangerous gases leaking into the exhaust.” The shop strongly suggested we not drive it. We tried to talk to the salesman who sold it to us, and he did not appear to care. He hung his hat on the fact that we bought it as-is. We also bought a warranty, which was useless. It will only cover up to $2000, and has very strict rules, making it nearly impossible to actually get to the full amount. At the moment, the car has pretty much been in the shop the entire time we’ve owned it, and we will have paid for it twice by the time we get it back. This dealership does NOT want to help you, they do NOT care about you, they just want your money. Stay away!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! My son purchased an Audi Q5 from them, and just 13 days later, the car became completely inoperable. When we reached out to try to resolve the issue, we were met with excuses and were made to feel like the damage was somehow our fault. No real solution or assistance was offered. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, they asked us to remove our review. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how they handle their customers. Save yourself the trouble—run, don’t walk, away from this dealership. I did not want any stars but you have to check one to post.

If I could leave no stars I would. They let us get into a dirty vehicle and my small child found a used rusty razor blade in the back and nicked her finger. I’m so angry. Update not only are you negligent, you’re also dishonest. You have no record of our visit yet you were able to call my husband and try and get us to remove this review. I still have our correspondence with Carfax when we set up the meeting. Also the call log that you called my husband today. This is my formal request for no further contact. Do better as a business.

I purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 from Alex at A&A Motor PDX, and the experience has been a nightmare. Not only did the truck have major undisclosed issues, but I was sold a $2,250 powertrain warranty that was void the moment I signed the papers. The Facts: • Undisclosed Defects: Within 48 hours of purchase, the truck began leaking coolant. Two weeks later, the radiator hose blew catastrophically while my family (including my four children) was in the vehicle. • The Warranty Trap: Alex sold me a SecureOne warranty for $2,250. When the driveshaft and U-joint snapped shortly after, the warranty company denied the claim because the truck has a lift kit—a modification that was already on the truck when Alex sold it to me. * The Response: When I confronted Alex about selling me a void protection plan, he denied that U-joints were even covered (they are) and told me he had to "draw a line" because covering repairs wasn't "sustainable" for his business. Summary: This dealership sold an "illusory contract"—taking thousands of dollars for a protection plan they knew wouldn't work for this specific truck. They hide behind "As-Is" clauses to justify selling unsafe vehicles and fraudulent add-on products. I have had to involve my bank's fraud department and the Oregon DMV Dealer Investigations unit to resolve this. If you are a contractor or a parent looking for a reliable vehicle, stay away. The worst part of all this was Alex portrayed himself as a Christian man and even had his wife and child present at the time of sale.
