I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited from PDX Motors, and overall I had a really positive experience. I knew exactly what model I was looking for, and if everything checked out, I was ready to buy. A few friends who had previously worked with Matt recommended I go through him, so I made an appointment. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and never pushy, which I really appreciated. He let me take the vehicle on a solo test drive, which gave me plenty of time to really check everything out. During the drive, I tested every button and feature I could think of, and everything seemed great. The only issue I noticed at the time was some minor damage to the driver-side door panel—small puncture holes and some warping that looked like wear from someone resting their elbow there. The dealership agreed to replace that if I purchased the vehicle, which I appreciated. About a week later, I took the Highlander through a car wash and noticed a significant amount of water spraying into the back passenger area. When I got home, I climbed up to inspect the roof and found that the panoramic sunroof strip was badly torn up. Honestly, it wasn’t something I thought to check during the test drive since it was pouring rain that day and there were no obvious signs of leaking. Even though I didn’t purchase a warranty through the dealership, I was really disappointed that this issue hadn’t been caught or mentioned before the sale. I took it to a friend’s shop, and they quoted me nearly $1,000 for parts, labor, and tax to repair it. I reached out to Matt to let him know what happened, and he apologized and said he had no prior knowledge of the issue. He immediately had one of their mechanics reach out to get me scheduled. They got me in within a day, inspected it, and replaced the entire strip for me. And even took it through the car wash to be sure there was no more leaks. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was kind, respectful, and professional. They had the repair completed within about an hour of me dropping it off, and I was genuinely grateful they stood behind it and took care of the issue. Because of how they handled everything, I would absolutely recommend Matt and PDX Motors to anyone looking to finance a vehicle.

Not a guy to write reviews but feel compelled to due to my experience with Alex at PDX Motors. Like anyone, I dreaded the new car buying experience and had dealt with a few people on my long search for the one I wanted. Was not happy with any of them until I found the one I wanted and was very fortunate it happened to be with Alex and PDX Motors. There was no haggling involved. Just straight shooting from the hip on both sides and Alex treated me like he would a friend and that is no lie. Got everything I was after and then some. After the purchase he looked me straight in the eye and said bud, you need anything, hit me up. Yeah yeah, I’ve heard all that before but three weeks after the purchase, I thought I would test that out as I realized my front turn signals were not working. So I called him up and he said bring it in tomorrow and we will get you taken care of. They not only quickly took care of me, they upgraded my system at no charge and I freaking love it. Totally makes the car look even sicker than it already was. I have went through this car very thoroughly in the three weeks I have had it and came to one conclusion. It had been well taken care of and as hard as I try, I cannot find an issue other than those turn signals which they fixed promptly. I am in absolute love with this car and would highly recommend if you are like me being very particular in your needs and buying experience, do yourself a favor and go see Alex at PDX Motors as I expect you to see for yourself that buying a car can be an enjoyable experience. We were looking for a 2015 Honda Pilot. Car gurus sent message to PDX motor cars. The sales consultant, Shiv sent me a text, letting me know that they had one. We drove from Salem To Beaverton To test drive it And end up buying it. The service from start to finish was fantastic. Upfront communication from start to finish. Financing was so easy. I had a wonderful car-buying experience with sales manager Alex at PDX Motors. After researching the local market and other local dealerships I found that PDX had the best inventory of vehicles within my criteria. I was able to find a 2014 Subaru Impreza Sport at their dealership for a GREAT price comparatively. Within almost 200 miles I couldn’t even find one of these vehicles with low mileage at this price point. With that said, I came in on a Saturday which is one of the busiest days to buy cars and they treated me with excellent customer service from start to finish. Immediately I was greeted by Alex and then Levon, Matt and Samantha as well who were all very personable and open to any questions I had! After test driving the vehicle I had a very pleasant and straightforward selling conversation with Alex. He made the buying experience super transparent and I never felt pressured in any way at all to move further.
