I bought a really nice used Toyota here from Kristina. She was super pleasant to deal with and made the process smooth and easy. I definitely recommend purchasing a car here.
Amazing service and sales staff, I bought my car from them and they did everything to fix the battery (it had a dead one) they put a new one for free and that was cool. They go above and beyond. I will be buying my kids cars from here soon thanks to their service and nice sales staff.
I bought a used car from KC cars & overall it was a very good exchange. I found an ad for the car on Craigslist and there were some things off after doing some research on the car, but in person the staff were friendly and after 10k miles on the car I'm very happy with the purchase. They followed up with a mailed title on time and later on an emissions report I wasn't expecting, so their follow through was great. Research the vehicle and I believe you'll get a fair deal here.
Absolute worst car lot in Portland. Paid cash for the vehicle I purchased, They gave me a 21 day temp license and it expired before they ever sent me the title(keep in mind Oregon lots has 25 days to send the title). I called 6 days before the temp plates expired and was told the title would be sent out the next day, I called 6 days later as the title still hadn't arrived and the temp plates expired that day. Left 3 messages and made other calls with no response or call backs. Called the next day and was told the title was in a stack she was working on right then. Due to their history of not following through on sending out titles I created a chargeback on my credit card(I partially paid for the car this way as an insurance policy due to this lots reputation). I am still waiting on the title, The car sits in my driveway and I cant drive it legally because of this lot. Mechanically the car has some issues, The front struts are bad, 2 of the COP's overheat under load and quit working, valve cover leaks. none of these are that big of a deal to me as they are an easy fix.
This place will lie to you about everything. Not sure what her name is, but Christina has a problem with giving people their titles after you pay in full and oh nothing and legally the car's yours, you won't get your title for quite a while. If you get your title at all , I would not recommend buying a vehicle here ever
