honest and very kind salesmen! I’ve had a great experience purchasing a good reliable vehicle from here. My experience has been nothing but GREAT! For the people who are complaining about their cars breaking down- you do realize you are purchasing a USED car? expect any used car to break down eventually. it’s not this dealerships fault you can’t afford to go buy a brand new vehicle! go buy BRAND NEW! no one is forcing you to buy used. stop complaining, no one wants to hear it!

These guys are scam artists, lie an tell you things about cars that simply aren’t true. Dont buy a car from Quinton specifically, he lied said the car was fine an he’d been driving it back and forth to Albany. He told me not to take the car more than 2 miles from the dealership didn’t think anything big of it. Turns out once the transmission heated up it was gone completely. Complete liars don’t buy cars here

Safe yourself the stress and money. These guys tried to sell us a vehicle that has bad catalytic converters. The check engine light came on the second we left the lot, and after some hassle, we finally got proof that they fixed the catalytic converter, only to find out that the truck has 4 of them, and another one is about to go out. The truck needs a tune up as well, which will be about $350. They lie, they purposely sell garbage, they tried to sell us a vehicle that wouldn't pass emissions. Don't waste your time, and definitely don't believe Santiago, the old dude who can't open his mouth without lying. If the DMV comes through to inspect your files, you'll know who to thank.

I recently purchased a newer vehicle from their Brooks, OR lot. Little bit of history/info about myself and my situation:. I live in NW Montana, I'm a single, disabled woman. I recently received a small inheritance. I set my budget, spent 4 months, DAILY, researching and looking for the perfect vehicle. I found a newer Explorer, (2016). I communicated with a salesman back and forth. I specifically asked him "is there absolutely anything wrong with this vehicle". He said no! I took the train (11pm - 12:30 the next day) with my ex-husband. I paid cash. Drove it home and so many things are wrong!! It has been in the shop twice and going in again next week! I DO NOT recommend purchasing from their Brooks, OR location!

They tried to sell a truck that wouldn't pass emissions, and then justified it by saying that we don't require emissions testing where I currently live. As if people don't move, as if things don't change, and as if the bad catalytic converters on the truck they told me was in excellent condition, only impacted a DEQ test and not gas mileage, efficiency, etc. Even the mechanic they use think they're cheap frauds. Don't go here, it's a guarantee that they'll lie.
