I bought my brand new truck from here and I could say we had a great experience with them from start to finish. They helped us get financing and even got us a warranty on the truck. I would definitely highly recommend anybody looking for a new I took a picture of Truck.

I am very happy with my purchase at JD Auto PDX. Andrew was honest and straight forward. He went above and beyond to make sure all my wants and needs were met in a car. The paperwork was smooth and the large mascot dog welcomed me with love and affection. I drove off their lot a very happy customer. Thank you JD Auto. 😊

Id be very cautious with these vehicles. Obvious signs of trying to hide things. Obvious issues with no answer or explanation. Completely broken sun roof track. It wouldn't even shut all the way. And the solution was 500$ off and silicone it. Complete rust bucket. Then trying to pressure you by saying they are already giving you an arm and a leg. Got pretty defensive when I started nit picking the flaws. Was priced way too high for what it was worth. Even had tires that needed to be junked. Instead they just rotated. The thing about doing that is you can still tell the alignment is out. I could go on and on. Maybe it was just that truck. But be careful people. Thats alot of money to spend on something you have to fix right away. Side note to the kids trying to pressure me in to a rust bucket for 12k I got this in Washington for 2k less with 53k miles less. Editing because now the saleman is bullying me and gaslighting me about things that never happened on the test drive and saying he offered to take it on the freeway when it was my insistence that I get it up to highway speeds. Again, I tried to do everything right. He's now offered a refund. We'll see because I don't believe it. I'll update if they make it right or not. I would give zero stars if I could. Don't bother bringing your tax return to buy a car. I thought I did it all right. Turned down a car because of a check engine light. Was very vocal about needing a car that was reliable as I had just escaped a domestic violence marriage and was a newly single mother of 3 just trying to land on her feet. Bought a car, salesperson even called it "mint" as it a 2006 with barely 100k. Bought it Friday, stayed in bed sick on Saturday and drove 30 miles on Sunday and bam! Check engine light came on. I haven't even been able to DEQ it (which he said he would take care of, but thats on me for signing an as is car, I know). Haven't even had the car for 48 hours before it's a paper weight. Stay away from JD auto and their predatory salesmen. Called them and he said, well you know you bought it as is! Well, of course I did. But we also had in depth conversations during the test drive about my situation. You were the same age as my oldest son, but I'm so thankful that my son would never scam a single mother trying to support 3 kids through losing their father and recovering from all his abuse. Shame on you for the person you are choosing to become. After reading other reviews, it makes sense now why my salesman had me leave the car running. I thought it's because it was cold. Come to find out that was his tactic for me to not find certain things wrong with it. Like when you open the door and it thinks the key it still in it. And it stopped it from completing the drive cycle and having the check engine light come on sooner. Absolutely sickening. You are disgusting people.

Bad customer service!! I was buying a 2018 Nissan rogue, Andrew AKA Drew gave me a Purchase Agreement. I got a cashiers check from my bank for the full price I called to tell Andrew that I was coming with full payment and insurance. I was told by Christopher that Andrew was off for the day. I told Christopher that I would be there around a certain time, he said okay. While in traffic I called Christopher again and told him that I was headed that way but I was stuck in traffic. Christopher tells me that someone took a deposit on the car and he was very sorry. Andrew did not tell me that I should put a deposit on the vehicle, neither did Christopher, or the guy who printed out the Purchase Agreement behind the desk! It maybe a good reason why the vehicle wasn't sold to me. Very disappointed at how they conduct business. They deserve zero stars. Be careful buying a vehicle from this place.
