Just bought my car from Genuine Motor company and words can’t express how easy and smooth it was. Devin was absolutely amazing, nice, patient and knowledgeable. Would not recommend anyone but him, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. They are without a doubt, real genuine people who care about you and finding the absolute best for you. I 100% could not recommend a better dealership to and I look forward to working with them again!

One of the best experiences buying a car. Chris and Sam made it seem like I was their most valued customer, never pushed, never insisted on something I didn’t want, found me options and I felt in control of the whole process. Absolute professionalism from these two and Genuine Motors. Needless to say i recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchased a BMW X6 M Competition from Genuine Motor Company. Josh was an excellent salesperson that made the entire process smooth. He arranged enclosed shipping from Oregon to Ohio at a reasonable price and made himself available even after the vehicle arrived here safely. He is always available to take a call or answer a text. The vehicle came in clean condition and being that it is used, I expected minor imperfections, however, it is safe to say that this dealership cares about the vehicles they buy and sell. I would definitely do business with them again.

I’ve purchased well over 200 vehicles in my lifetime, many of them sight unseen from dealerships all over the country and even internationally. I can honestly say this was the worst vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had. What should have been a straightforward purchase in May turned into a three-month ordeal. As I write this review on July 31, I’m finally getting the vehicle back after taking it to a Land Rover specialist because I had completely lost confidence in the dealership’s ability to repair it correctly. The vehicle had cosmetic damage that was supposed to be repaired before delivery. The quality of the repair work was so poor that I ended up paying over $1,100 to have a professional detail shop correct it. Mechanically, the vehicle repeatedly displayed a DEF warning. We brought it back to the dealership multiple times, and each time the warning was simply cleared before the vehicle was returned to us. The problem kept coming back. Eventually, we gave up and took it to Green Oval Motors, a Land Rover specialist, because we no longer trusted the dealership to diagnose or repair the vehicle correctly. Their inspection resulted in over $3,000 in repairs and maintenance. The sales experience wasn’t much better. I initially worked with Josh, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. We even reached the point where the dealership had both my money and the vehicle while trying to charge me additional fees that had never been part of our original agreement. It shouldn’t take that kind of fight to buy a car. The only reason this review isn’t even harsher is Zach. Zach was professional, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about finding a solution. He treated us fairly, communicated well, and worked to resolve problems that were largely outside of his control. If my experience had been with Zach from the beginning, I honestly think this review would have been very different. Unfortunately, one good employee can’t overcome a dealership that repeatedly failed to deliver on what was promised. Between the poor repairs, repeated trips back for unresolved issues, the additional money we had to spend after the purchase, and the amount of time this consumed, I cannot recommend Genuine Motor Company. There are too many reputable dealerships out there to go through an experience like this. I would never buy another vehicle from Genuine Motor Company, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with them to shop elsewhere.
