I had a great experience with my purchase at Nissan of Eugene. Buying a new car was something that I was dreading. I was pleasantly surprised that it was such a great experience. Trevor was wonderful! He was not at all pushy and never tried to sell me on anything I didn't want. He listened to what I was looking for, and found exactly that. No pressure. The car I wanted was not readily available, so he went out of the way to navigate getting it for me. I love my new car and am beyond grateful for Trevor and the rest of the team for making it such a smooth process!

I had a great experience working with sales rep Aaidan Farmer. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were looking at, and whenever he didn't know the answer to a question, he never guessed—he took the time to ask someone who did. I was also helped by Oz, who was incredibly helpful and patient with me as a first-time buyer. Overall, it was a great experience, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service from both of them.

Buying a car here was OK. Getting service here is terrible. When I make an appointment for an oil change I was told I was probably going to have to wait a hour or two. Why did I make an appointment. I ask if I can come in later or the next day. No we are busy the man says. After two hours I get an email about possible "extra work" I might want to get done. I am told I could wait another 3 or 4 hours to get it done. So not busy enough to get more work done. Too busy for a scheduled oil change. I asked again about the extra work but they said they had pulled the car around already. There was no one else in the waiting room. Not busy. Absolutely the worst communication for a loyal customer I have had. Last visit was not much better. I really do wish I had not gotten any service or oil change contract here. It has been a huge waste of time and money. I love my car. I will find someone I can trust to work on it who knows how to communicate. I will not buy another car here. This place used to have a window where you could watch them work on your car. Now it is hard to even tell if they are working on it or not.

My salesmen was James and he was fabulous, greatly appreciated him. This review does not reflect his customer service because he is rockstar. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and I came into the lot excited to buy a car. I found one I loved, and went forward with purchasing it. James was super helpful and awesome, then I go to talk with financing which is where things go downhill. I got approved for a loan fast, I do all the paperwork, am told what paperwork they will need and I turn it in promptly. After turning in the initial paperwork they said they needed I get a message saying they needed more. Over the next 2 months the finance department asks me for over 15 different forms for my loan. It took them 2 months to get their stuff figured out. I was very patient about all of this, and very nice. The finance department was very unorganized, kept telling me they had gotten confused and asked for the wrong forms, it took 2 months for them to get it worked out and I had to resign all my paperwork because it expired. For the hassle I asked for an oil change, they agreed and I was nice the entire process. Because it took them so long to get my papers in order and actually tell me what they needed, and it wasn’t until the loan company reached out to me directly they it got worked out and funded it. I also asked them to redo my temporary plate because it expired since it took so long for them to get THEIR finance departments stuff together, and I do not want a ticket for an expired license plate since non of the delay was my fault. I was told I needed to wait and see if I get my DMV papers in, my license plate expired on the 28th, so here’s to hope I don’t get a ticket for that. I will not be purchasing another vehicle here which makes me sad because I’d like to work with James again, but unfortunately the hassle was not worth it.

If you want to be treated like you matter, dont bother with this dealership. I wanted to buy a truck, but i had questions. I was ready to send through the credit app and make it a done deal. I tried 3 times, 3 different ways to communicate with them. I did the pre-qualification. Sent a question through the ask anything button. I even tried to call. All of it only to be ignored or ghosted. Just a huge waste of time.
