Car shopping can be dreadful, but if you come to BMW Eugene that is not the case. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a genuine smile and from there I knew I came to the right place. Nico listened to what I wanted and didn’t steer me away to a different car which happened before at another dealership. Once I stepped inside the dealership I had a great conversation with who I thought was another salesperson but it was their floor manager and from there I was well taken care of by both Nico and Jordan. The whole BMW team at Eugene is phenomenal! I don’t think I could ever go to a different dealership after this incredible experience. They have set the standard high! BMW Eugene defines outstanding customer service! If you are looking for a car with an amazing experience, please ask for Nico. He listens, educates, and advocates for you and ensures you get the best deal with no hidden discrepancies. He is truly a great salesperson and beyond that a great person overall! Had a good experience working with Tennen and Randy on my purchase of a 2026 BMW M2 CS earlier this month. I had a bit of a back and forth on negotiating my trade-in relative to the sale, but that's typical of the car buying process and they were the only dealership on the west coast willing to sell at MSRP on the limited edition run of the CS. This was my 8th BMW purchase over the years and will likely continue with the brand as long as the customer service stays high. I wouldn't hesitate in working with this dealership again on any future new car purchases.

This is a very clean, organized, and comfortable dealership. They provide a well-stocked selection of beverages and snacks for the duration of your stay. The service team is amazing as well as the mechanics, all of whom are genuine car enthusiasts, have a long history with BMW and auto industry. The dealership clearly attracts a high-end clientele, which is apparent from the showroom cars featuring high-end options and special-order colors. While it is a relatively small dealership, perfect for its location, it offers everything you would expect from a large-scale dealership in a larger city. The sales team are focused on selling cars, but they are still happy to engage in a friendly conversation even when they know you are only there for service. I highly recommend this dealership. In fact, I’m almost glad they aren't in my city otherwise I would have a very difficult time choosing between my dealership of the last 13 years, and this one! I liked my service advisor, Jake, so much that when I am ready to buy my next car, I will contact him, before talking to any salesperson anywhere!

We recently purchased a BMW X7 from BMW of Eugene, and I can honestly say it was the most pleasant car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire team made us feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. At no point did we feel like just another sale or a number. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional, and it was clear they truly care about their customers and the experience they provide. Just wanted to give BMW of Eugene a huge thank you for the incredible experiences I have every time I come here. Shawn was awesome to work with and was a huge help in recently purchasing an X3. Service department was also great when it came to getting work done on my 440i as well! Aaron and Jake were great to work with every step of the way during the process!
