Kendall Value Lot of Eugene

I came here back in January and purchased a car. Today I took it in to get it looked at because it was having some issues and found out the motor had problems. Jason and Jessica went above and beyond to get me into another car even though I had a lot of restrictions. That's twice now that Kendall has went above and beyond for me to get me into something. I'm so happy with the Kia Soul they got me into! I will always recommend people looking for another car to Kendall, I seriously can't praise them highly enough!

Jacob is a really great guy. He worked with my credit situation and my budget limitations to help me get into a vehicle that was a great fit for my needs. This is a warning for a future customer Lexus CT200h vin number: JTHKD5BH3D2123670 this car is getting a junk yard motor after the original broke. I was promised a new motor from Toyota, to save a buck Kendall has decided to put a used motor with 120k miles on it into this vehicle. Also do not let these people work on your car not only are they incompetent, they will steal anything that isn’t bolted down. I had a Christmas present from my son that was in the center console of the vehicle as well as other items in the car. They left the other items in the car to be collected but the item in the center console made a vanishing act as well as an Oregon lotto raffle ticket that was in the glove box. Well after some phone calls my Christmas present magically made a reappearance, honestly whatever about the lotto ticket. STAY AWAY Bought a car from them it broke down less than 12 hours after buying it, they refused to do anything about it over the weekend and caused me to miss a day of work. They took the car and “fixed” it, gave me a brand new car as a loaner that was nice. 2 weeks later I’m on the side of the road and the car is more broken than when I brought it them the first time. They gave me a number to call to get it towed under their warranty but the car isn’t covered for it, I’m still in the warranty period. Also when they “fixed” the car they didn’t put a bunch of the fasteners back and took the engine cover as well and left tools in the car. So far everything about Kendall has been quality
