Kiefer Used Cars of Eugene

These guys got me the car I actually always wanted. Clean, leather, and fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. I’m trying to remember their names but it’s a young tall kid who was very respectful and courteous. And another gentleman with a beard and long hair who provided SUPERB IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They deserve every bonus and raise possible!!!

My visit to this car dealership turned out to be very positive. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through several vehicle options without any pressure. They clearly explained the pricing, features, and paperwork. The process was organized and efficient. The car was clean, reliable, and ready when promised. I’m very satisfied with the service and purchase. 🚘

Would definitely recommend this dealership Kenny was amazing I told him my situation he helped me look for the perfect car for me an my family and Zach was absolutely incredible He found us a great deal and a lender He worked really hard to figure everything out for me. I would highly recommend this dealership they both went above an beyond and the shop was so peaceful and quiet, which made everything a lot easier less stressful They have been great through the whole Process, and it made buying a car so much less easier than it usually is most car dealerships would not make the process so fast an easy I’ll definitely be a longtime customer

My teenage son and I went to Kiefer to purchase his car. The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Alan was easy to work with, very nice, personable and understood the need for a great dependable car for my son. He was never pushy through anything and answered all our questions thoroughly. The whole finance team there as well (Jake and I’m sorry, I don’t remember the other gentleman’s name) were also great to work with and created an easy experience for us. Even at times joking around with us, and making it fun. Thanks for the great service and I’d trust them with any car purchase. Thanks again!!

I walked in after viewing a car i liked and Luby helped me right away. the process was super quick and they worked with everything i said i wanted out of a car and for payments.
