I have the worst horror stories from other dealerships so I am always skeptical buying a used car now, however moi motors has completely changed the game for me! I was immediately treated like family. The process was so easy and I couldn’t Believe I walked out the owner of a beautiful 2015 jeep summit! Ericka was amazing at guiding me through my application process and welcoming me on the lot, and Keith made it very convenient working with my busy schedule, was very informative making sure I didn’t miss any details. Over all the jeep is beautiful and runs perfectly, the service was amazing and I would absolutely recommend moi motors to anyone who needs a hassle free easy and trustworthy place to buy a used vehicle!
We were looking for a first-car for my daughter. Our experience with MOI Motors was exceptionally good. Keith made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Buying used cars is always tricky. We all know they aren't new, but where do you draw the line on repair? Keith made sure we walked out of there with a safe and reliable vehicle. My daughter is thrilled with the car, and I feel like I got a fair deal. I'll be checking the MOI Motors lot first the next time I'm in the market for a used vehicle.
Owner and sales rep were fantastic and forthright about everything with a truck I purchased. They were professional and accommodating on every aspect of purchasing from them. For a local, smaller lot, they were the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go check out MOI Motors.
I had a great experience with Keith while test driving and chatting, he really made it easy to buy and there was zero pressure. I wish he was my neighbor! I bought a Civic from them and the other two gentlemen made the paperwork hassle free. I was legitimately surprised how easy everything was. Hats off to Keith though, he really put sceptical me at ease. Thanks guys!
I bought my second vehicle from them they are really nice but on my second vehicle I found out they are typical salesman. I traded in my truck and got a nice CRV less than 2 months ago but it has a lot of issues and they want nothing to do with it. I'll never buy from them again
