We were looking for a RV Trailer for our Granddaughter and saw an advertisement for Crescent Automotive (CA) that we were interested in looking at. We contacted them and arranged a meeting. We were coming from long distance, were in unfamiliar territory and had no prior business with CA. We had been looking for a while and was overwhelmed by the whole buy/sell experience we had up to date. From the moment we pulled in we were greeted in a manner that was refreshing. No immediate pressure, no sales pitch, just genuine friendliness. We found the experience with them to be very professional, courteous and exactly what we were looking for. They walked us through every bit of the RV, (which was in great shape minus a few out side blemishes, which they had repaired). If we asked a question the sales rep couldn't answer, he was up front about that and did his best to get us an answer. We really appreciated the honesty and concern for our complete satisfaction. They worked with us on a deal that we felt very comfortable with. The paperwork was fast, smooth and totally stress free. We left very happy with our purchase and feeling like we had made some new friends. We would HIGHLY recommend Crescent Automotive to anyone looking for a great experience and deal. Very friendly and professional, worked with me to accommodate my situation, very patient no high pressure that you may experience with other car salespeople. I saw a truck on Facebook marketplace, and I called him, and he said that he would save it for me. I drove two hours to look at it, and it was exactly what I expected. Reasonable prices, and I bought a car. It did need all the fluids, air cleaner, brakes, and tire air sensors replaced, hopefully no more surprises.

I purchased a car from them recently. As soon as I got it home, the check engine light came on with two other lights - I called them the day after I purchased it and they would not help in any way. They weren’t willing to compensate or assist in any way. They sold me a vehicle with expensive, large, pre-existing mechanical issues without disclosing it to me and then wouldn’t take any ownership or accountability.
