I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Ricky. My over all experience has been awesome! He took me on a test drive. He showed me all the bells and whistles. They made the paperwork an easy process. So my overall experience with them was grrrreeeaaat! 👍🏻😎😁 It’s hard buying a used car because you never know what you are getting and who you are getting it from, but not at Ricky’s! Good customer service and just an all around good experience. Thank yall for helping an old gal get back on the road again in my new beast! 😁😁❤️❤️

We highly recommend Ricky Stapleton Autos. Rick and Jay Gibson were fantastic to work with and made the entire “finding another vehicle asap” experience a pleasant one. WOW. It is always a blessing to find business owners with integrity that care about their customers, but to find one in the used car business is extremely appreciated. Both of them were kind, accommodating, patient, helpful, available, very transparent, and ready to assist us without any of the pressure that one sometimes feels when dealing with vehicle purchases. I am always nervous about buying a vehicle with an unknown history, but Rick understands that and does his best to help his customers have a good experience. We could not have asked for anything more. These guys are GREAT.

Great place to go car shopping - Ricky really takes great care in preparing his inventory for the next buyer. The vehicle we looked at had matching tires, no known issues, or any check engines lights! Plenty of confidence with anything Ricky has to offer!

4-30-2026 If you offered to reimburse me, I wouldn’t be so worried and upset about this situation.I have video recordings of you stating you would not reimburse me and stating you " tried talking me out of buying the car" . If you still want to make this right, you can call me or my mother and let us know when you will be available to reimburse the almost $500 spent replacing items on the lexus. I am available whenever you are. UPDATE- May 8th My mother is now having to spend $1700 to get catalytic converters replace. These vehicles have just been a sever pain in the rear since we got them from here. Tire sensor light on the Lexus wont go away either, even though they have all been replaced!

Run! As far away from this place as you can just run please. My mother and I just recently got our vehicles from this place, just for all these problems to occur right as we leave with them. She got a Toyota Tacoma and I got a Lexus GS 350. Right after she bought hers , she is having catalytic converter issues, battery issues, and 02 sensor issues. With my Lexus I have already spent over $500 i did not have, relacing things. Two tires sensors, 2 headlight bulbs, IGNITOR for light bulbs, Windshield wipers and air filter. I also had to get an oil change, you would think they would at least have done that once they got the vehicle. The oil was almost black. Very disappointed BEYOND WORDS with this lot. He did offer to fix the headlight but " gets the parts really cheap" after spending over $500 and being lied to multiple times no, I did not trust them to do anything else with my car. This morning i gave Rickey a call about how stressful and frustrating this whole process has been just for him to tell me " i tried talking you out of buying it" and telling me how I have been frustrating towards HIM. These people will say anything and everything just to get you to buy something from them and once you do they will not help you after. They are cheap, don't maintain their vehicles , and they will steal and lie like most car dealerships. This guy just wants your money and does not care about anything else. He refused to reimburse me for this $500 i spent that could have went toward my payment on the vehicle! I beg of you do not go here, and if you feel like you have to for some reason, please please take any vehicle you are interested in by them to a mechanic before you move forward with anything. - they don't bother detailing the cars either. 4-30-2026 If you offered to reimburse me there wouldn't still be an issue sir.
