I bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado from Chase yesterday and I'm so happy. Chase was awesome, as was the entire team and ownership. I took some time to decide if the truck was right for me and they gave me the space and information I needed to make the decision. I took the truck to my mechanic before purchasing, got a great rate from their lender, and a great trade-in value on my old vehicle. My brother-in-law, our family "car guy", said there was nothing he could find better on the market for the price and the mileage. Thank you Chase and OK Motorcars for my Green Machine!!!

Just purchased my dream Jeep a few days ago from this dealership. Really appreciated their relaxed, but professional attitude. Carson, my sales person, was pleasant, engaging and followed-up on his promises. I was pre-qualified from my bank, but the finance manager, Jerry, performed professionally, making his case for using their lending network without being aggressive. Once we reached a deal, he worked quickly with my bank to get me driving down the road in my new Jeep. Overall, a pleasant car buying experience. Highly recommend.

0 out of 5 stars I do NOT recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this car place. Before arriving to this place, I sent a gratitude letter to Steve Griffith via snail mail (see photo attachment). But I was to quick to show gratitude ...not knowing how I would be treated post-purchase of vehicle. Be prepared for all the staff to peer pressure you to write a positive review. I was in purchased vehicle ready to drive away but they held my time and begged me to write a positive review before I drove off of their property. I purchased a 2013 Scion IQ. I wasn't happy about the back seat headrest missing (which is a safety issue, if you have a passenger in the back) so I mention this in my review, but the staff persuaded me to erase that part and focus on how they gave me a ride from Amtrek station and hold the vehicle a few days before I arrived. They told me that a full maintenance check on vehicle was done, but I found out later that they only changed the oil (which that wasn't even done correctly.) Also be prepared for staff to bully & neglect you if you erase your positive review...this is what happened with the assigned salesman name, Harper Curtis... we were texting back/forth about the "pink-slip/ DMV title" to the car, but he stopped texting me to punish me for erasing the positive review. I had to call for the sales-mgr to continue the convo about mailing me the documents. I didn't get the documents until 2months after registration expired(see photo attachment) Which costed me more money. ....when I've been asking for documents in the appreciate time frame. Oklahoma Motorcars made me pay an extra $495 for a so called, "document processing" but the document processing wasn't done correctly. I couldn't physically go back because I do not live in Oklahoma. All the staff acted snobbish and inappropriate. The vehicle didn't last long and I broke down in TN state while headed to MD state to visit my father. I had to pay extra money another car Mechanic to fix issues, plus money for motel & uber rides. I was never told about two issues involving the gas controller, which I'm 100% certain staff know about because they have to put gas in the tanks. 1. Gas meter (full/empty) does not read correctly 2. Gas tank funnel is broken, and I have to stand at gas pump an extra 10mins pumping fuel because it keeps stopping to flaw of gasoline into tank.😮‍💨 What a continuous nightmare. At the time, I wasn't aware of the idea of a car evaluator(equivalent to a house/property evaluator). But I wish I know to spend the extra money for a person to evaluate the car before I drove away with it that day. I have multiple disabilities, showed up with my Service Animal, and treated all staff with repect/ very nice. In return I got bullied and Steve Griffith(Mr Scrooge) only cared about adding that vehicle purchase transactions to his capitalism castle.
