Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman

I’ve been on the HUNT for a GMC Sierra for about six months now! When I got really serious the pricing slid north about ~5K on everything!!!! A real bummer because I waited too long BUT there came a Silver Lining!!!! My dream ride popped up at LANDERS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF NORMAN!!!! I didn’t call or anything I popped up and drove around in the parking lot until I finally seen it!! A beautiful 2023 GMC SIERRA ELEVATION, Red in color!!!! I was FaceTiming my sone when Antoine Bonet introduced himself and asked if he could help me. I said this is what I came for! Mr. Bonet asked if I wanted to drive it? I declined because it looked perfect and the price was EXACTLY in my range!! It needed a detail which he said they only had it for 5 days and he would definitely have it in prestige condition if I wanted it!! Mr Bonet asked me if I was sure that I didn’t want to drive it and I couldn’t resist lol lol. I noticed a few things and asked if they would get them addressed I’d buy it during the test drive ! When we got back he went and talked to his Manager!!! I was already thinking of that DREADFUL BACK AND FORTH between salesman and manager asking me questions and after the 1st one I was going to walk out!!! However,,, in steps Josh Pickens along with my salesman Antoine Bonet! Mr Pickens said hello sir, I understand you have a few concerns and need them addressed! I said yes sir! Mr Pickens said, I’ll take care of them for you!!!! I said what???? He repeated I’ll take care of them for you!!! I was in SHOCK!!! Everywhere else INCLUDING Tx has been a nightmare of a fight asking to make a vehicle whole to my expectations!!! Absolutely no fight here! I said awesome, shook his hand and said I’ll be back tomorrow! Then Mr Pickens needed paperwork filled out,,, now we ALL KNOW that’s takes a long long time which I didn’t have so I said I’m setting a 15 minute timer! Heck 10 minutes later I had everything signed and walked out to go make dinner with my wife!!! I have never experienced such professional and honesty up front from two guys as I have in Antoine Bonet and Josh Pickens!!! Stay tuned to part two as I’m continuing my purchase journey!!!

As soon as I walked up I was greeted but not pressured. Antonie found me Sebastian right away. Sebastian has been probably the best salesman I have ever encountered. He was very laid back, no pressure. Yet, always knew how to show me what I wanted. To the point of never making me feel overwhelmed or frustrated. The young lady that text me the day before, made me feel reassured, and that I would be taken care of. All my info I gave her was given to Sebastian and the jeep was parked up front. I left with exactly what I wanted. And a FULL tank of Gas. ⛽️ Thanks! I love my jeep. New State, New Life and now New (used) Jeep 😉 I feel 20 years younger. Pretty sure it’s the JEEP that did that. But great job Sebastian. I definitely recommend him helping you find what you need. Isn’t she a Beaut!? He even survived test driving with me! 😎🐾 Josh was friendly too! My husband appreciated the fact he didn’t have to come help. He was away training in military. He came home to a happy wife.🇺🇸🪖🎖️ Thank you Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Norman! P.s Michael was very good in finance made it very easy and sped up process for me to get home.

My experience at Landers CDJR was 10/10. I had previously ran into a lot of false promises with other dealers and found the car I was looking for at Landers. Mitch and Adam were great and made my car buying process super smooth and stress free! I won't go anywhere else to buy another vehicle.

We hadn’t planned on buying a Jeep but Bailey was the best salesman and made finding the perfect Jeep for us as easy as ever! In the future we’ll definitely make sure to look up Bailey again. All the other salesman and finance guys were so great. Thanks again Bailey and the staff at Landers Dodge Jeep Ram.

What a great experience!!!…..Thats something you dont normally associate with a car dealer right???? Sam is the man brother!!! And Michael in finance…lol. We found a Jeep Rubicon on Carfax that was in great shape, low miles, and was exactly what we were looking for. So we dealt with them via phone, made a deal, and flew out from Uniontown PA!!! Yep it was that good!!!!! If you’re looking for a dealership that goes the extra mile look no further kids… This is it!!! Tell Mr Sam HI from us….
