I had an absolutely amazing experience at Car-Mart of Norman! From start to finish, everything about the process was smooth, easy, and honestly stress-free. Which says a lot considering how complicated buying a car can be. The approval process was incredibly fast and seamless. In fact, I spent more time dealing with my insurance than I did with the dealership (and trust me, insurance was a nightmare 😅). Thankfully, Kaitlyn made the entire experience so much better. She was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely personable and engaging. She had me laughing through what would have otherwise been a very stressful day. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the manager who also helped during the process, Matthew Todd. You can really tell the leadership here sets the tone, because every single staff member I interacted with took pride in what they do. The whole team feels like a family, and that energy carries through to how they treat their customers. The ladies who came in and helped explain the contract were very thorough and made sure I understood everything that was laid out within what I was signing. They allowed me ample time to ask any questions I had and didn't rush through the process just to get a signature. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares, makes the process easy, and treats you like more than just a sale. This is the place to go. They’ve definitely earned a returning customer in me!

Great customer service and excellent communication with staff. They are there to help you get into a car quickly and easily. My “salesperson” had me test drive and on the road quickly and easily. Manager approved me without questioning and I signed that day. Thank you for making the process easily and pain free.

I had such a great experience at Car-Mart in Norman, and I especially want to thank Kaitlyn for all of her help! She was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, made everything easy to understand and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. I’m so grateful for her professionalism and kindness. If you’re going to Car-Mart in Norman, definitely ask for Kaitlyn — she’s amazing!

No communication whatsoever! We got our car at another location a couple years back but that lot shut down so we deal with this location. Our car needed service (was under warranty) and within the 2 months they’ve had our car in their possession they have given us little to no updates. When we call, we get the runaround “ oh call back tomorrow..” “oh so and so doesn’t work today”. They give attitude when we call to ask questions such as a time estimate. Overly annoyed and would not want to deal with the service manager in particular again! They said our car was at shop #1, then the shop was “so backed up” after sitting there for a week or two that they moved our car to shop#2. Then our car sat at shop#2 for weeks only to find out they don’t work on our car brand!! How unprofessional, how did the service manager not know that before sending it to shop#2?? That’s apart of the job, is it not? Like I said I would not recommend this location due to lack of customer service, lack of communication, and lack of professionalism.

This is my second bad experience with carmart. We have had our vehicle for 6 months and it already broke down. We are within our service contract to get it fixed but they will not give us a straight answer because they are "needing to get back into good graces with the car shops" they will promise a call back and not come through over and over. If I could give zero stars I would.
