Justin sold me a 2008 Honda Accord and kept calling me “brother” with way too much eye contact. Dude had the tight polo, the fake tan, the chain, everything. I couldn’t tell if he was selling me a car or inviting me to split an appetizer at Applebee’s. At one point he said “listen man, she’s real clean” and rubbed the hood like it was alive. Car’s great though. Justin somehow made buying a used car feel like getting hit on behind a Planet Fitness. Good guy. Little fruity. Knows his stuff.

Red River Auto took $2,500 from a terminally ill mother with two small children and left her stranded due to a blown engine. We raised money through GoFundMe so this young mom could safely get back and forth to her cancer treatments. The dealership explicitly promised her that they had just performed a fresh oil change the day she bought it. Less than 12 hours later, the car was broken down on the highway. The engine was completely ruined because it was bone dry—there was absolutely no oil in the car.When confronted with their dangerous negligence, Red River Auto refused to take full responsibility. They only returned $910 out of her $2,400, essentially stealing $1,500 from a dying mother who now has no money and no vehicle to get to her lifesaving treatments.Taking advantage of a community’s generosity and a mother fighting for her life is an unforgivable level of greed. If you have a family, do not give this heartless business a single dime of your hard-earned money.To management: Do the right thing. Call this mother back immediately and return every single penny of her remaining $1,500. US (the donors) have all made phone calls to the Used Car Commission, Better Business Bureau, & The Oklahoma Attorney General. Let's get this woman her money back! Do the right thing! It will serve you so much more in the long run. Doing the right thing will be what helps your new business thrive. Doing the wrong thing though like you've done in this deal will get you shut down with a heap of debt. It doesn't take much to be a good person don't be a bad one.
