I came out from California to Oklahoma City and noticed my fluids (Oil and radiator fluid) on my 2013 Toyota were slightly low so I wanted the fluids topped off. Travis was my service advisor and he took great care of me. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He treated me like a valued customer even though this was my first visit to this dealership. The dealership was very busy with other cars but amazingly, I was taken care of within 45 minutes and I was back on my way. They are very efficient and very customer service oriented. I am only out in Oklahoma for a few months, but I will definitely see Travis if I need additional service while I am in town. He was so easy to work with, and they topped off my fluids at no charge. I had a great car purchasing experience with sales associate, Cali. She took the time to understand my wants and unwanted features of the 2026 Grand Highlander Platinum. Cali answered all of my many questions. With only one Grand Highlander Platinum on site, just arrived to the dealership, I was fortunately able to test drive and decided to make a offer. I do not like the haggling experience and this was made clear to Cali that I would not go back and forth many times. I gave my final offer and was able to get the vehicle with a couple of bartering exchanges with her Mgr, Hiue, which was professional and respectful. Also, a shout out to Wade in finance for a smooth and painless experience. Our original intention was to test drive Toyota RAV4, end up buying this vehicle. Friendly sales person, great sales manager sealed the deal. We feel confidence to buy vehicle from here. This is one of the kind dealership. Gift shop has so many things to offer, Parts is located inside the shop, so unexpected and cute. cafe has simple breakfast and sandwiches. Complementary snacks, the whole lobby decorated so friendly and welcome.

If there were a checklist of all the important qualities of a Toyota dealership and its sales and finance teams, Fowler Toyota of Norman, Oklahoma, would ace them all. Below is my feedback addressed to Fowler's General Sales Manager, who followed up with me the same day our Camry was delivered to us at the dealership. To: Eric Grignon General Sales Manager Fowler Toyota Norman. 1)When you arrived at the dealership were you greeted promptly and professionally? Yes, an associate outside greeted me and led me to Elenor Alvarez's desk in the showroom. Immediately after, Elenor greeted me at her desk and systematically and meticulously took written notes with a series of questions relevant to our vehicle preferences, purchase and delivery times, and price point or range, etc. 2)Did you get a chance to speak with a Sales Manager? I spoke to Sam, your inventory manager, who provided further timeline for delivery and availability of the vehicles of our choice and several practical and attractive options that greatly facilitated our decision-making process. 3)Did we offer you a price and trade in value during your visit? Yes. And thanks to the teamwork between Elenor and Sam, we are very happy with our choice, which is slightly different from our initial ones, and grateful for their efforts. 4)How would you rate your experience? Excellent, Google Maps 5 star. I'll submit a review shortly. 5)Is there anything we could have done different? Ultimately, I am glad that you didn't do anything different because we were initially adamant on an AWD RAV4 or Camry, or even a Corolla. But the Camry that Sam and Elenor presented to us was so attractive in looks, options, and value that we quickly reasoned (based on my own knowledge and experience, Sam or Elenor did not state that) good winter tires could be a good compromise for lack of AWD capability.
