Brian, Randy and Richard were awesome! We did all of the negotiating over the phone, which made things super easy. We got to the dealership 30 minutes before they closed and they had everything ready! All we had to do was sign the paperwork! I would highly recommend this dealership. They really were great!!

I can’t speak highly enough of this service center! The customer service is top-notch, and they got my car fixed quickly and correctly. After the initial repair, I discovered another issue, and they took great care of me and got me back on the road in no time. The service manager, service advisors, technicians, and cashier were all wonderful. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. I think I’ve found my new go-to garage for any future repairs. 10/10—highly recommend!

This was one of the easiest, most pressure free buying experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve been a party to at least 3 buying experiences per year as I’ve helped friends and family purchase vehicles! Cody was very professional in providing information and answering all of our questions about a car my husband had found on line. We live in Tulsa and did not want to drive all the way to Norman if we did not feel confident about the car. Anytime there was something we wanted to know or see more clearly, Cody sent videos and did a great job describing the vehicle and its condition before we made the trip. Once we arrived , Cody was friendly, helpful, and not high pressure at all. A very nice young man. Randy, the sales manager, went the extra mile to take care of a concern we had in a very short period of time. David, the finance consultant was great as well. Easy and helpful to work with. We would definitely recommend this dealership to any of our Tulsa friends who are in the market for a new or used car. And we would recommend they use Cody for their sales consultant Definitely worth the drive.
