I can not express the gratitude me and my wife have for the team here. Our sales man Thi was very helpful from start to finish and let us test drive a Tesla we was looking at. He was able to get us in the vehicle that day and take it home. Not only Thi but Joe the finance producer was so awesome. Loved how he even gave my youngest son advice about being good person and how to deliver great service to people which that is the example he set! Also Frank the finance director got involved and him and Joe gave us a great deal on our Tesla. Made everything so easy for me and my wife. Best car dealership we have ever experienced. Thank you for all your help guys! We talked so highly about them all day.
This was by far the best and fastest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Under 2 hours from start to finish. Dalandus was professional, transparent, patient, and genuinely made the entire process smooth from start to finish. No pressure, no games, just excellent customer service and communication the whole way through. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left happy with my purchase. Will definitely come back if needing another vehicle in the future. Will also recommend to our friends.
Kelso and Terrance at Bob Moore Cadillac made this the easiest and smoothest service visit I’ve ever had! They were professional, kept me informed, and truly went above and beyond. I won’t take my Cadillac anywhere else. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding customer service!
Had an amazing experience at this Cadillac dealership — easily the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Collin was professional, transparent, patient, and genuinely made the entire process smooth from start to finish. No pressure, no games, just excellent customer service and communication the whole way through. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left happy with my purchase. If you’re coming here, ask for Collin. Highly recommend!
My sales associate Karlee was great! Got my wife in the vehicle she wanted and was able to help her get familiar with the vehicle. Joe in finance made the buying process super easy! The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that the car could have been detailed a lot better. Other than that, it was an overall good buying experience.
