My experience at SAG was fast and friendly!!!! I've purchased vehicles at other dealerships in the past that made me feel rushed and pressured to buy, but the service I received at SAG was very professional and courteous. The sales consultant, Tricia allowed me to make an informed decision and I'm absolutely loving my new vehicle! So, if you want superior service then definitely go check out Solutions Auto Group!

I initially reached out as soon as I filed my taxes and knew I'd have a substantial down payment within a month or 2. They never once hounded me or anything most dealerships would do. Tricia kept in constant contact with me just checking in to let me know what they had that met my requirements. As soon as she learned I had some issues going on with my adult children she would reach out to see how things were going and offered well wishes. When it came time to finally looking in person she helped me with going to a different lot for a cheaper car. But in the end I ended up at the Lawton location took one look at what I was looking for and was sold. She proceeded to juggle 2 sales at the same time and was so considerate or how long it was taking to do so and I am now the proud owner of my modern dream car!

Junky highway cars/ Lemon lot!!. Horrible customer service. Be smart and look around and at the proce before you buy!!! Better off saving your money and buying the same car cash for half the price off FB or the another shop than coming here. Sold me a car with no AC!! Then lied about fixing it stay away. If you willing to pay 3X the amount of the price on the car be my guest! Edit after reply from owner. It's nice to put all purchase information out to the public on the review after you didn't like, seems real professional. It seems you do that to everyone. But what you won't say is that your employees were hiding paperwork and now you're trying to make me pay for the work the messed up on. Yall sold a car with no AC and somehow the paperwork goes that's says you fixed it. The car been junk since day 1 one of owner ship. 160,000 miles on a 2016... All the cars are trash, burn holes in seats, soggy head liners, super high mileage I was desperate for a car I can admit that. If I would have known this is how you operate i would have never stepped foot on yor lot. Again, I WAS SOLD A CAR WITH NO AC. I brought it back a day later for repairs AND THEY LIED/LOST THE PAPERWORK Finally received my car back from the shop 1 month later, only thing is I think they left a door open or something. My whole trunk, spare tire area and floors got wet while in their shop. Call smells like old clothes and moldy now 🤢
