This is my second purchase from this store. The new process is far more efficient. I was easily pre-qualified online. When I got to the lot, David and Lonnie took exceptional care of me. They were patient and accommodating as I chose my vehicle. The purchasing process was quick, simple, and easy to understand. The whole process only took 5 hours, from pre-qualification to driving off of the lot. I highly recommend this store and its amazing staff.

Carmart repossessed my vehicle less 24 hrs after I made a payment. It was picked up on a Sunday. On Monday when I called, they apologized to me. They still made me pay $350 to the repossession company to get my vehicle back. For their mistake. Carmart is a terrible company
