Charles went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. The approval and buying process was very easy and quicker than any other dealership I've been to. The last dealership I delt with was a nightmare, but compared to them working with Regal has been like a dream. I am very happy with the payment terms and the interest rate. Man I went to see Charles on my first attempt and I WAS THE RUDE ONE!! he was very professional STILL AND HELPED ME get a car. He is a very nice person, funny , and a thorough.salesmen. PSA. I've been a customer with regal here in lawton since November of 2021. I've purchased 3 vehicles from them (all of which I still have and are running in great condition). That being said I want to give a huge shout out to kita and Charles they are the best sales people you can ask for. My most recent vehicle was all the way in tulsa and Charles (with kitas blessing) took time out of his personal schedule to drive all the way there to get the vehicle for me and if that doesn't persuade you to give them your business idk what will.
