Purchased a Tahoe here and really enjoyed the process. They were great.

This place is very unprofessional and i warn anyone buying a car not to do it here if you want it to work!!! They sold my grandfather a truck the was “fixed” and looked nice just long enough to make it home. The trucks sun roof was broken when purchased and we were told it would be fixed which BIG surprise it was fixed to just last a couple days, the reverse camera dosent work just to find a hack job on the wiring, and now this a hole in the rocker that was aluminum taped, bondo’d and painted just long enough to last a little while! Can’t wait to see what other “fixes” will be revealed with time. I love how you avoided responding about all of the crappy “fixes” you all did nothing is or was “fixed” and signed off or not you said you would fix it and it’s not so go ahead and act like a child looks good for your business! Way to take owership of your crappy work buddy i bet that really makes people want to buy!

Absolutely the worst customer service, we drove over 3 hours to look at a vehicle and they refused to even let us get a word in on a vehicle that was leaking oil. Very confrontational and rude.

They sold me a vehicle with a messed up transmission. I had the vehicle one day and the a/c went out . Brought it back the next day , they said they would fix it . After one day , the a/c they “fixed “ is no longer working again . I had my kids in the van with me !! By day 7 the gear would not switch into reverse and I had to wait for help in the heat with my children !! I notified the dealership and they said they would “ get back to me “ . Of course they NEVER bothered to call. So I finally made a personal visit to the dealership only to be told that “ if you leave the lot and the vehicle breaks and splits in two pieces , both those broken pieces are yours “ SMH! This is the response i was given when I shared the hardship my children and I had to go through . I would recommend you take hard earned money to an honest dealership . 0 stars ! I absolutely do not recommend this dealership!

Bought 05 King Ranch and couldn't make it home. They were taking the truck back but called the next day saying it was all fixed and running fine. We met half way and the truck was dying pulling in the parking lot. Told them I was not taking the truck cause it was not fixed like they said and the lady just left the truck. Drove off and left it. It did not make it home and I have called an attorney in to look at the matter. To be continued...
