I am a young and first time buyer of a vehicle off the lot. The staff were pleasant and easy to work with, and now I believe it was too good to be true. I purchased an 08' Chevy Impala in October 2019. I was given "their word" that if I made steady payments on the vehicle I purchased at the monthly rate suggested, I will have it paid off in two years. It's now 2021 and after speaking with the dealership I somehow still owe $7,000+!!!!! It ridiculous and completely heart aching. They gave me their word!
