I have a history with this dealership as I have purchased a few cars from them, beginning in 2006. I wont sugar coat this and say that its been a pleasure..but convenience is a heck of a thing. I recently purchased a car (a year ago now..) and it was a ball of issues that were noted and the offer to repair was there. LONG story short, the location and "team" that I originally had, werent available anymore. So I came to the broken arrow location to talk payments and repairs and let me tell you, Darlena was/is IT. She restored my faith in this place. Thanks for saving me from what could have been.. disastrous. Thanks again! 100 times over.

Unfortunately I’m a current customer. Bought my car in October. I’ve had nothing but problems since day three. I’ve gotten nothing but the runaround from first the North location which has been closed (for good reasons I’m sure). I have continued getting the same results from the Broken Arrow location. I have maybe been able to drive my car for 2 months out of the 6 months I’ve had it. I’ve been there in person, had my car towed there and can’t seem to get a manager to engage. Very dissatisfied with everything from the purchase to this day. I can’t even get a return phone call. Also, my safety has been put in danger multiple times driving on the highway and the car goes into limp mode and loses power. I’ve almost been hit by other cars multiple times on the highway when this happened.
