I’ve purchased two cars from here and have sent over six individuals to get cars successfully. However when I bought my recent car, I told them while test driving it was shaking when breaking. I had them note this in the contract. They told me it could be from the car not being driven for a while and give it time. I do. I go up there several times for a battery issue in which I mentioned it was still doing the shaking when breaking. They chose to never fix it. Finally a year later, the shaking is worse and I go back up there. They charge me out of pocket to fix the very issue noted when purchasing the car. To me, this is very shady. I can’t force a mechanic to do work on a car, I’m supposed to relay my concern. Which I did multiple times. It hasn't sat right with me since this past Thursday. I really feel this was very poorly handled and they purposely waited for my car to be out of warranty before admitting the breaks were an issue. This has left such a poor taste in my mouth. I can absolutely understand paying for something I never mentioned. I mentioned this multiple times over the course of the year, including in my contract. I am not pleased. edited: The owner has contacted me and rectified this situation. I am very pleased with the outcome and can again 100% recommend them for your next vehicle!!

My credit isn't that good, but Steven got me in a car quick that will fit my insurance & payment budget. Most importantly my gas mileage budget. It was quick easy & straight to the point. Will be going back.
