Mike Kirkpatrick is a really nice guy I feel but in his hustle of selling cars he’s no different than the car lots down on 11th street. Bought a good car off his lot a week ago and come to find out when I did a carfax on this particular car there was only an alignment done and how many states the car had been to and 2 owners. After paying him for the car I asked him if he ever did a carfax on any of the cars he’s purchased and he honestly told me he’s never done a carfax in 36 years on any of his cars. Surprised me and although the appearances and selections of the cars he gets he spends more time on polishing them instead of checking to see if any of them need anything? Well after purchasing this particular car and although it was under mileage I took it straight down to my mechanic that specialized in these particular cars and after his review I end up spending just over 3 thousand dollars in repairs. Surprised I was! But I end up spending just over 3013$ dollars in repairs, had oil pan gasket was leaking, CV axle joint was bad, timing belt needed replaced and valves needed adjusted. I counted my losses and moved on and what got me the most in this purchase of this car is after paying him he asked me to leave him a 5 star review and I haven’t even drove the car off the lot? He was more concerned in getting a 5 star review than selling a customer a reliable car? Says a lot about an individual when he’s asking for a 5 star review b4 you’ve had a chance to enjoy your purchase. Just when I thought my car was finished at my mechanic when picking it up something didn’t sound right in the suspension before driving off the lot so I pulled back up at the front to the shop and let my mechanic know that something wasn’t right? Found out the next day the front struts were leaking and the ball joint was bad on the driver side and the upper control arms bushings were dry rotted which played a part in the noise that it was making so I’m another 2330$ dollars out of repairs and even though this was failure due to lack of maintenance done on this car because of perhaps of letting the car set to long because of its age, things begin to wear out when not in use?. So this car almost cost me as much in repairs as the price I paid for this car. Crazy as it is I know that I shouldn’t have had to deal with this but Kirkpatrick sells cars as is and as most used car lots do so his interest is not on how long the car last, but how fast he can get it off his lot.

I think it's odd that he asks for a five star review before the purchase is made. This is also the only company that we've experienced that won't let you test drive alone or take it for the pre purchase inspection yourself. We purchased a van. So far we have put in about $1000 dollars into the vehicle in the last 2 months and it currently has a a check engine light. I also don't recommend using Same Day Auto up the road for the pre-purchase inspection. Somehow they missed all of the issues with the vehicle. It's the company Kirkpatrick recommends. If you want a specific car and don't mind investing in the vehicle, this is the only way I'd recommend purchasing from this company. Make sure to get a Carfax. Make sure you find your own inspection company. Prepare to invest if you go forward. If you looking for a reliable vehicle, go elsewhere. Don't give that 5 star review until you have driven that car for a bit. I don't know that they are intentionally selling lemons. I just would not risk it with out serious caution.

Genuinely the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever been met w/. Read and heard lots of mixed reviews about this place and decided to go for it because I saw a car I liked that was priced low! That was the first red flag. The owners tote that they’re believers, but after my attempt at getting a respectable vehicle from them, I believe it’s fully just a money ploy and a rug pull. They don’t care about you, your faith, your background, or your financial situation. They will screw you over just to get a bigger paycheck to line their pockets and buy nice vehicles that they couldn’t afford to stock their selection with (because then it would require honesty and they wouldn’t make their money back from selling clunkers and lemons). As for me, I bought a lemon and they knew what they were selling. Had to take the car back (less than 48 hours after pulling out of the lot) because the check engine light came on the whole car was shaking violently. Unfortunately, there is NO RETURN POLICY. I was told that the issue was above them and that it was now my vehicle and my responsibility. I left devastated, no vehicle (transmission went out), and a HUGE car loan worth nothing but a ding to my credit and now I’m screwed. DO NOT BUY HERE
