Just helped my son buy a car from here. They were great to work with and we are thrilled with the car we purchased. There were questions about the battery and they are willing to replace it if we have any issues. The 1 year warranty is a plus. Highly recommend buying a car here. The salvage title is not an issue for us since we buy and hold cars.

I traveled from Michigan down to Ram Auto in Toledo. I checked reviews before making the drive and saw they had a high star rating. I went to drive a Subaru Ascent and was impressed with the vehicle and description, as well as the guys working there. They were all so kind and so easy to work with. They made the buying process smooth and even put a new battery in before I left because they saw it was the original. I ran into an unforeseen issue with the vehicle a few days after buying it and Ram Auto worked with me to get it taken care of. I would highly recommend them to purchase a vehicle from. I have purchased 4 cars from Ram Auto on the last year. One for each person in my family!!! Prices are amazing, Customer service is amazing and follow up service is incredible. We just gave our 16 year old her first car today, she was so excited. I highly recommend Ram Auto!!!

Bought a mini van and it has caused me nothing but problems. Just dumped two grand into fixing the fuel pump, spark plugs etc and it still doesn't run properly. I feel like I bought a lemon. Steer clear of this place.
