I took my daughter over the Northpoint auto, Bob was awesome, he answered all the questions that we had he let us test drive the Vehicle( 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk ) longer than we should have, he was ok with us taking it to my own Mechanic as well as AutoZone for full diagnostics, when we were done, she signed the paperwork and drove off in her new truck, I was referred to go see Bob by a friend who just bought a vehicle from him two weeks ago and I’m glad she sent me out there, it was a great experience overall
