This was my first experience buying a used car after leasing many new ones. I was blown away by the selection and prices! The hardest part was deciding among three great cars, all at a great value. Although I don't anticipate needing another car anytime soon, I will definitely come back to Joe's Auto.
Purchased a vehicle a couple of weeks ago. Such a clean & well maintained SUV. There was no pressure and the prices were clearly posted on each vehicle. Katie was very helpful through the entire process. This was by far the best & least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Thank You to everyone at Joe's Autos, Toledo, Ohio.
Turo car rental from here. Unable to get ahold of owner after several calls and messaging, turo support was also unable to reach them for car issues. Car was not safe to take on the highway as the whole vehicle was shaking violently. Vehicle status indicated 20% oil life. Broken seat belt, sunroof that was unable to close, crack in windshield, missing rear windshield wiper blade, and unajustable side mirror. Car was returned same day of pick up due to safety concerns.
We got a rental through this company and spent good money for 3 days and on our 2nd day the tire popped. They had no spare NOTHING. And turo told us to keep the keys just return it and we were. I asked the front desk lady about refund since we weren't able to keep the van the full booking and she hung up on me... This is scam when it comes to renting a vehicle through them from turo. You won't even get your money back.. the tire was never under the car or in the trunk as we've checked . So whoever replied to my comment under this post HAD LIED And still NO REFUND FOR THE DAY THAT I BOOKED which I didn't get to even keep the car because of this issue .. THE CAR WAS ALREADY A RED FLAG WHEN WE'VE PICKED IT UP FROM A TIRE SHOP INSTEAD OF JOES AUTO... And reception that answered the phone was RUDE.... DEFINITELY DONT GET A CAR THROUGH THEM FROM TURO.
