Customer Service was amazing!! I showed up without an appointment and walked out a few hours later with a new car. HOWEVER!!! DO NOT BUY WITHOUT THE OFFERED WARRANTY!!! I'm less than 30 days and under 1,000 miles in and I'm currently stranded out of down with a dead car on my birthday / holiday weekend..... Great road trip with the "new car". We'll see how this Warranty thing plays out in perhaps 2-3 days once they get to it. Rating it a 2/5 stars simply due to the sheer ridiculousness of getting stranded out of town less than a month after you bought your new car on your birthday weekend. Got to love the universe....
