I cannot stress enough just how much I love these people. Incredibly friendly during the whole process with no nonsense and clear and precise information. My van is wonderful and I love it so much. Had an issue with switching jobs and they worked with me and very nice and understanding. I cannot recommend them Enough.

I purchased a car from Paul Sherry car and credit about 2 years ago. I have never not once been late on a payment in fact a majority of the time I pay extra anywhere from 5-50 dollars whenever I can. The first month I had the car it broke down and it cost me $700 to get fixed. This month I got in an accident which was not my fault leaving me carless. Insurance only gave me $6000 for the car and I still owe $1589 plus repair fees after the $6000 is paid out because it did not cover what was left on my loan. It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have a car I had to miss 10 days of work which is a big loss for me seeing as I’m the only working adult in my home. I’ve expressed to them multiple times my plan of paying off what I owe and getting another car but I need a few weeks to get back on my feet but I will pay what I can until it’s all paid off. The front desk ladies have been absolutely nothing but rude and have no sympathy or understanding for what I’ve been through. This has been a huge loss for me since I have 4 kids who are active in sports and clubs and I’m a full time nurse whose job is 30 minutes away. I’m having to pay out of pocket for a rental because insurance only paid for X amount of days. I’m constantly getting talked to by Nicole the office manager like I’m a loser who never pays her bill. I had full intentions of having everything paid off and be in a new car by mid March but honestly I’d rather go without a car than do business with them.

16 minutes ago New I would think long and hard before going here. We spoke to a sale man the day before we were going here. We were told what to bring in. We got there everything changed. This man is a retired firefighter that fought for your freedom! He is RETIRED, FOREVER RETIRED. His pay will never go away yet they wanted all his taxes as well. He hasnt filed in 3 years because he lost his son, his 16 year old son. Life hasnt been the same for him since. For the Old lady working Thursday... next time instead of judging someone for not doing what you think is "normal"! Do better. you never know what someone has going on. An annuity letter and bank statements were all you needed. Everything happens for a reason because we definitely dodged this. We went elsewhere and were treated so kindly. It costs NOTHING to be Kind!! Nothing. EVEN IF YOU HAVE BAD OR LESS THAN PERCENT CREDIT AND LITTLE TO NO DOWNPAYMENT. TRY A REGULAR DEALSHIP. THIS PLACE IS SO LAUGHABLE.

I had a documented verbal agreement with Car-N-Credit to make a payment on a specific day. This arrangement was mutually discussed and accepted. Despite this, they repossessed my vehicle before the agreed date, without notice or further communication. This is not only unethical — it borders on bad faith business conduct. If a company cannot honor an agreement it made, even temporarily, then it shows a blatant disregard for consumer trust, stability, and transparency. I was actively trying to resolve the situation in good faith. Instead, they took the vehicle prematurely, leaving me without transportation and disrupting my livelihood. Let this be a warning: If you think this company will work with you, get everything in writing and don’t expect them to honor their word. I’m exploring all available legal options regarding their failure to uphold our agreement. Consumers deserve better than this kind of treatment.
