This was such an easy experience! I love how we were able to put down a deposit and work towards the goal of securing the vehicle! Bill was just thorough and effective and Mike picked up when he was off of work! Very high energy and easy going. Communication was very effective and things were explained in full detail! Thank you guys for helping us get another vehicle and putting in the work to get us a truck!!! So happy! If you’re ever in need of a vehicle and you’re hesitant, go for it! The guys all around were amazing!

When purchasing a new car it was scary, but Bill and Mike everything so easy for me. They walked me through the process. Never pressuring me to make a decision I wasn’t ready to make. It literally took me two months to make a decision on where I was purchasing a car.. and I chose HERE because the ease of everything!

Today I went to advantage car and credit to get my second car from them. You know they’re good when you total your car and go directly back to the place where you got that one. Bob was our salesman. He was amazing and helped me through the whole process from beginning to end. He explained everything in terms I understood. I told him what I was looking for and had a vehicle that met all the requirements brought to the store I was at. I plan on keeping this car for a while but when I go to buy my next one, I will definitely be coming back.

I originally left a 1-star review after the check engine light came on less than a week after I purchased my vehicle. Naturally, I was frustrated. After speaking with Advantage Car & Credit, they reached out and, even though the repair wasn't covered under my warranty, they told me they stand behind the vehicles they sell and took care of the repair anyway because I had just purchased the car. I really appreciate them stepping up and making the situation right. While I wish the issue hadn't happened so soon after buying the vehicle, the way they handled it showed they care about their customers. Thank you for standing behind your word and helping me out.
