Please go here! From beginning to end my experience with Sam and Donna at Wheels Motor Sales was the epitome of what it means to be a quality used car lot and, just in general, business. They are dedicated to getting people into a car. This was going to be my first car in almost 20 years. I had shared one with my husband for a very long time and our 3 kids were getting older, so a 2nd car was absolutely necessary. With my mediocre credit, no co-signer, low income and not a whole lot down, my situation felt hopeless. I did not think I was going to be able to get one. My only wish was to get a car that ran, nothing fancy. What they were able to get me into FAR exceeded my expectations. Not only that, but they are very transparent with with you, from start to finish. Sam worked with me on the down payment and Donna taught me alot through the whole process with my options. They really do take care of their customers. I can't recommend them enough. Anyone who regrets their experience here either didnt listen to them or is just plain miserable!

Donna was amazing! she was very honest about any questions or concerns I had about any car . She insisted I test drive and really get a feel for every car i was interested in ! I In and out with all of my paper work in no time . DEFINITELY think about this place when you’re looking into used cars !

I recently bought a vehicle from this lot. A 2018 Dodge journey. Im paying over 9,000 for this vehicle. SAM the “owner” tells me after a test drive and I’m showing how the vehicle is starting to get hot after a 15 minute test drive. We let it run it never overheated it just stayed at one bar above halfway. The vehicle comes with a two year warranty that covers major components on the motor and transmission. The same week I left with the vehicle I had to take it right back due to a bad wheel bearing and misfiring on cylinder 4. He fixed that no charge no problem at all. Cool. A few months after purchasing the vehicle after changing the oil I noticed a slight leak from the oil pan gasket. I take it back up to the lot. He proceeds to charge me $300 to fix my oil pan gasket and change my oil. At this point I’m starting to wonder what else could be wrong with the vehicle. Fast forward to the beginning of March my car starts leaking antifreeze. I called him he said bring it up here I’ll see what’s wrong. I took it to him he tells me there’s a hole in my coolant reservoir that’s why I’m loosing coolant and my vehicle is getting hot. So I drove it home that same evening. Low and behold the VERY NEXT DAY my vehicle is on the side of 270 due to a malfunction with the thermostat. He claims he doesn’t warranty thermostats. So I fixed my thermostat. My vehicle is still overheating and not running properly. The man refuses to stand by his warranty on the vehicles. Don’t purchase from this lot. Overpriced and under delivering on costumer service.
