I bought a 2009 dodge avenger from this place and it came to be junk not even a month later it started having transmission issues ran the code reader on it and it shows that someone removed the code before so they definitely knew it had this issue before they sold it to me I’m a single mother and this car was also very unsafe seems to not even have a air bag in it . and they sold me a junk car highly don’t recommend this place . I also test drove a 2012 ford fusion from here and the transmission was slipping they tried to say there wasn’t any transmission issues with that car guarantee it did and does. Just don’t go here they have trash cars and horrible business !

If I could give no stars I would had me drive 3 hours here so 6 hour round trip the car needs a ton of work to be proud worthy. Then one of the guys pulled a gun and called the cops wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy never buy from here

They WILL NOT refund your money and they are professional sellers of lemon cars. Don't dare waste a second here unless you're looking to replace an engine out the door.

Purchased a lemon about 9 weeks ago, and still NO TITLE. Filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. Few days after purchasing the lemon, my dashboard magically lit up like Christmas. One thing after another needed replaced, and it is currently sitting out front of my house because it's unable to start. Bad motor/engine. So thanks for taking $5,000 and screwing me. Please avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!! They are super friendly but that's where they get ya.

Let’s start out by saying that I held off writing a review on this god awful place. Let’s begin. In November 2023 I went over there with $1800 down for a car. The one guy I believe his name was Amin. He said sure I can get you in a nice car and said I’ll have to make payments on it. I said ok I got $1800 down. He showed me a 2010 Chevy Impala dark gray. I took it out for a drive and noticed issues right away. 1) The car had a very strong sent of weed. But I was confidant I can get rid of it. 2) Driverside seatbelt wasn’t latching. 3) is was puttering a little but. I brought all these concerns and Amin promised me that everything will be fixed by Monday. It’s only Friday and I am to bring the car back on Monday. I agreed and said I’ll go ahead and take it then. After signing paperwork. Monday rolls around and I went in he said they’re busy and have to get it fixed myself. I took it into a shop to have them look into it. There was $6000 worth of repairs that it needed. 1) Rust along the frame and fuel lines. 2) No fluids at all. 3) needs all new shocks. 4) needs new tires. 5) needs all new breaks. 6) Sway bar and other things. They advised me to take the car back but when I tried they said nope. Then 3 days later the AC/heat stopped working. Then on the way to work the shifter broke. Cost me $500. The car was in the shop waiting 2 weeks because the shifter was on the steering wheel. After I got the car back, less then 2 weeks later the power steering goes out. Then less then 2 days later the serpentine belt broke. At this point I stopped making payments and requested a refund. I have the car for 2 more months without making payments. Finally I was like are you going to pick up this car? Two weeks later they picked the car up. Moral of the story. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE there’s plenty of buy here pay here. I got me another car from a different buy here pay here. It’s been great and they have fixed the car when ever I asked.
