Jeremy helped me get a real nice car for very little money down, even with a repo from a few years ago and terrible credit. I was able to trade in a scrap truck for more than I would’ve sold it for, put $500 down, and I’m making decent payments and was also able to get a good warranty on top of it. There’s no other places somebody like me could’ve got a car like I did. The process was easy, transparent, and I would recommend others to shop there. The only downside they had was limited inventory.

Had a magnificent experience purchasing a vehicle at Byrider. They made every effort to ensure I was able to drive off of the lot today and my salesman Jeremy was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and purchase a vehicle here.

Bought a car from Byrider and was able to get it serviced for probably sixth months. After this, I couldn’t get ahold of the service department and when I asked the sales department for another number they just said they’d call me back. A year later I tried trading in my car and had to get ahold of their lien servicer- CNAC- and could not. Got ahold of sales and they said they’d call me back. I am still waiting on the call two hours later. If you buy a car from here, I’d recommend that you don’t expect to be able to have it serviced at the dealer or be able to get ahold of anyone.
